Robert Cahalan Elected President of the International Radiation Commission (IRC)

Robert Cahalan, Head of Goddard's Climate and Radiation Branch, has been elected President of the International Radiation Commission (IRC) by vote of the 40 commissioners who represent 20 countries. Werner Schmutz, Director of the World Radiation Center in Davos, Switzerland, was elected Vice President of the IRC, and B.J. Sohn, Professor at Seoul National University was elected Secretary of the IRC. Full Story
